Welcome back football fans for another season of WPIAL High School Football, the greaest time of the year is when all 125 teams have dreams of running out of the tunnel at Heinz Field in Novemember.

After a much needed break last season, I've returned to my Forcasting ways refreshed and recharged for 2012. This marks my 9th season covering WPIAL High School Football, and 9 happens to be my lucky number...I'll need quite a bit of luck like any forecaster to make some accurate picks.

Fiday's weather forecast: Mid-80's and humid - It may have been a cool camp, but Friday will bring the some of the hottest tempatures into the area since camps started. Expect a number of players to cramp up, so that mean those water boys better be in mid-season form tonight.
